Camping in Daglan in Dordogne

Located in the Céou valley, Daglan is a small village in the Dordogne with its own history.

Main parishes of the diocese of Sarlat in the XIVth century, deserted after the 100 years war, reborn and made rich thanks to these vineyards in the XVth century, vine disease in the XIXth century.

Nevertheless, its buildings are still present and the village has recently been completely renovated. You will be able to admire its Marie with its round turret, its church of the XIVth century, its mills, its bread ovens, its wash-house, its dovecotes and its round houses with dry stones.

To better understand these constructions, you can visit the Maison de la Pierre Sèche.

In July/August every Thursday morning, go on a free guided tour of 6 km to discover dry stone shelters.

To rest, you will find peaceful places to picnic.
